Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy:
- $7 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $125!
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 business hours, typically faster.
- FREE local pickup is available in Wellington, Ohio.
- Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing an order. If it is not correct, please email meegan@trulysimpleboutique.com immediately as we ship very quickly
- Truly Simple Boutique is not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address, and will not refund or replace items that are damaged, lost, stolen or marked as delivered. Once an item is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS or UPS with any issues that occur during transit of their package.
- Shoes will be shipped without the box unless you specify you would like the box in order notes or via email, hello@trulysimpleboutique.com.
Return Policy:
- Return/Exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. Items will be refused if they have any excessive smells, food, pet hair or damages (unless manufacture defect) on them.
- Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Discounted/sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Bralettes, jewelry and drinkware are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Due to how quick we package orders to be shipped, order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once an order has left our building, it is not possible to cancel it.
- To process an exchange/return of an item that was shipped, please email hello@trulysimpleboutique.com with your order number or reply to your confirmation email.
Holiday Return Policy:
- Returns/Exchanges on items purchased Nov. 27th - Dec. 24th is as follows. Return/Exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached will be accepted through January 15th. Items will be refused if they have any excessive smells, food, pet hair or damages (unless manufacture defect) on them.
- No receipt needed, you just need the name of the person who purchased the item.
- Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Bralettes, jewelry and drinkware are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
