I was so drawn to this blouse and when I tried it on – I was like YES! Beautiful  v-neck, peplum top that is true to size with stretch. So feminine and so easy to wear, even for this Tee & jeans girl! It is sheer so you do need to wear a tank under but it is so easy to dress up or down!
