• FREE local pickup is available in Wellington, Ohio.

• Truly Simple Boutique is not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address, and will not refund or replace items that are damaged, lost, stolen or marked as delivered. Once an item is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS or UPS with any issues that occur during transit of their package. 
• Shoes will be shipped without the box unless you specify you would like the box in order notes or via email, hello@trulysimpleboutique.com. 

Return Policy: 

• Return/Exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. Items will be refused if they have any excessive smells, food, pet hair or damages (unless manufacture defect) on them.
• Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• ANY discounted/sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
• Bralettes, jewelry, beauty products and drinkware are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
