ONE on ONE, complete color & styling services include both a color analysis, style consultation & a consultation with a make up artist. 

Color Analysis

Professional color analysis is the process of identifying YOUR most flattering colors by assessing your skin, hair, & eye tone. This analysis helps build confidence by revealing the shades that highlight your natural features. 

Style Consultation

Styling consultations are a deep dive into what to wear to flatter your body type by analyzing all your body features. 

Makeup Consultation

Professional make up consultation provided by a licensed esthetician, providing you with the best colors to use in your everyday makeup routine & how to apply for the perfect make up, everyday! 

Our complete color & styling service appointments are about three hours; include a gift bag, light refreshments, personal styling reference guide & personal swatches to use for future shopping.

If you are purchasing as a gift, I have beautiful certificates made up just for gift giving that include all the directions for scheduling. If you are purchasing for yourself, I will reach out to get you scheduled within 24 hours. 

Shipping Policy:

• $5 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $75!
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 business hours, typically faster.
• FREE local pickup is available in Wellington, Ohio. 
  (Please note You will have 10 Business days to pick up your order
  If you do not, your order will be canceled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee, and the items will be placed back on our shelves.)
• Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing an order. If it is not correct, please email Hello@trulysimpleboutique.com immediately as we ship very quickly.
• Truly Simple Boutique is not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address, and will not refund or replace items that are damaged, lost, stolen or marked as delivered. Once an item is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS or UPS with any issues that occur during transit of their package. 
• Shoes will be shipped without the box unless you specify you would like the box in order notes or via email, hello@trulysimpleboutique.com. 

Return Policy: 

• Return/Exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. Items will be refused if they have any excessive smells, food, pet hair or damages (unless manufacture defect) on them.
• Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• ANY discounted/sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
• Bralettes, jewelry, beauty products and drinkware are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
