Fee: $50 per month

this fee is added to your store credit account to use for any Truly Simple purchases - excluding monthly membership fee. 

Add on Service option: 

• Unlimited Text-an-Outfit - $25 a month (regularly $45/month) 
  • This service gives you unlimited text consultation for outfit styling from 8am-8pm, Monday through Saturday & 8am - 12pm, Sunday. Your own personal style consultant - right in your pocket! This fee is non-refundable and does not get added to your store credit account.

How it Works:

• Your membership begins the following day after initial purchase, future membership fees will be invoiced on the same date of initial purchase each month - you will have 5 days to pay or your membership is cancelled and you will not be allowed to book monthly or single a la carte concierge services for four months. You can cancel your membership anytime, each month is non-refundable (as it is added to your store credit account). You cannot use store credit to pay your monthly membership fee, but you can use gift cards. 
• Once you enroll in the monthly membership - you will receive a text from Meegan to schedule your initial consultation - this allows her to get measurements, try on different sizes and chat about your preferences to help her shop for you. For example: American made only, Linen & Cotton fabrics only, etc. 
•  Unlimited personal shopping means you can send a list, outfit inspiration, details or pictures of pieces you are looking for at any time for Meegan to shop for. Please keep in mind - shopping does take time. 

Shipping Policy:

• $8.50 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $125!
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 business hours, typically faster.
• FREE local pickup is available in Wellington, Ohio. 
  (Please note You will have 10 business days to pick up your order 
  If you do not, your order will be canceled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee to store credit, and the items will be placed back on our shelves.)
• Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing an order. If it is not correct, please email Hello@trulysimpleboutique.com immediately as we ship very quickly.
• Truly Simple Boutique is not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address, and will not refund or replace items that are damaged, lost, stolen or marked as delivered. Once an item is shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS or UPS with any issues that occur during transit of their package. 
• Shoes will be shipped without the box unless you specify you would like the box in order notes or via email, hello@trulysimpleboutique.com. 

Return Policy: 

• Return/Exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. Items will be refused if they have any excessive smells, food, pet hair or damages (unless manufacture defect) on them.
• Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
• ANY discounted (more than 15%) /sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
• Bralettes, jewelry, beauty products, custom orders and drinkware are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
